The words of Allah S.W.T in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 172 ;

“O you who have believed, eat from the good things which We have provided for you and be grateful to Allah if it is [indeed] Him that you worship.”

The verse explains the behaviour and criteria of halal and toyyib healthy food. Muslims are encouraged to eat in accordance to the Sunnah. Halal food is not necessarily toyyib or good. Excess sugar consumption, for example, can harm one's health and lead to diabetes. Honey, figs, olives, dates, pomegranates, grapes, barley, pumpkins, bananas, habbatussauda', vinegar, milk, and zam-zam water are examples of Sunnah foods.

The concept of nutrition according to the Sunnah Rasulullah SAW was detailed in the You Are What You Eat Program, which took place on November 28, 2022, at the Sarawak Islamic Information Centre. The programme was organised in collaboration with LAKMNS, IIC, JAKIM, Sarawak State Education Department, and JAIS. Ustaz Rozie bin Rejab, Executive Manager and Managing Director of Mrozie Group, Ustaz Husni Zaim, Advisor Tahfiz Mutqan (Shah Alam, Kuala Kangsar, Kuala Pilah, and Baling), and Dr Muhammad Zaid bin Zain, Lecturer at UiTM Kota Samarahan Branch, were among the program's speakers.

Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap bin Haji Abang Julai, the Chief Executive Officer of LAKMNS, launched the closing ceremony. He stated that such a programme could educate people how to eat healthily and make Rasulullah SAW the greatest nutrition expert. He concluded that HALAL food is not certain to be TOYYIB food, but TOYYIB food is HALAL. He also hopes that this type of programme will continue and encourages other agencies to work together in the future. Ustaz Hamdan bin Jar'ee, Director of JAKIM Sarawak, Mr. Abang Bikusary bin Haji Kadir, Chief Officer of the LAKMNS Mosques Management Department, and representatives from the Sarawak State Education Department, IIC, and JAIS also attended the closing ceremony.
