This programme, along with a series of special sermons, is one of LAKMNS's initiatives to fuel the celebration of Maulidur Rasul this year. Furthermore, it serves as a platform for the general strengthening of friendly relations among multi-racial communities. Cycling begins as early as 7am at the Sarawak State Jamek Mosque. Participants then made several 'pit-stops' namely at Darul Sakinah Mosque, Jalan Astana, Masjid Darul Uuyun, Jalan Muhibbah and Masjid Al-Hakim, Jalan Muda Hashim, before returning to Sarawak State Jamek Mosque.
The cycle is being led by Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap bin Haji Abang Julai, Chief Executive Officer of LAKMNS. This programme was also supported by the Sarawak Cycling Association, the North Kuching City Hall (DBKU), the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), and the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department.
