This division plays an important role in ensuring that each of LAKMNS's assets and facilities are in the best and most manageable condition, and operates at an optimum level in meeting the operating needs of LAKMNS.
The Asset and Facility Management division of LAKMNS is responsible for planning, recording, executing and monitoring the operations, maintenance and management of LAKMNS's assets and facilities for operating sustainability, maintaining value of assets and ensuring that facilities meet current and safety standards in accordance with Local Authority requirements and laws.
Conduct technical inspection and audit of the physical condition of the assets and facilities of LAKMNS to ensure they are in safe, sound, clean and orderly manner, and in accordance with Local Authority requirements and laws.
Performs operational planning, maintenance and repair of LAKMNS's assets and facilities.
Manage, administer and oversee maintenance contracts and appointed contractors.
Carry out in-house maintenance and repair for minor works.
Receive damage complaints and come with follow up actions.
Ensure that the damage complaint reported is repaired promptly depending on the level of damage and financial allocation.
Ensures that maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with appropriate procedures and timelines.
Perform the LAKMNS's movable and immovable asset registration and record.
Manage the LAKMNS's asset disposal process.
Provide technical and non-technical support services for LAKMNS's official programs.
Provide technical advice to LAKMNS management.
