Human Resource Management And Administration Group (Group HR LAKMNS) is the division in charge of managing general administration, principles, policies and development of staffs in LAKMNS to ensure LAKMNS functions as an outstanding and productive organisation which can provide excellent service following the current technological development.

Manage and coordinate general administration matters

Execute principles and policies in LAKMNS

Plan Administration Budget each year

Manage the implementation of 5S in LAKMNS

Prepare and supervise the SOP (Standard of Procedure) in the Administration Division

Recruitment of staffs

Manage and administrate the Emolumen System

Manage Staff Training Courses and Programmes

Plan Human Resource Management Budget each year

Implement the Performance Evaluation Assessment of LAKMNS Staffs

Manage the Staff Contract Renewal process

Manage the Staff Insurance Protection

Manage staff facilities and welfare

Prepare counseling and guidance service

Implement programmes related to the prevention and recovery of psychological health and development of human capital

Creating an excellent, conducive and harmonic working environment
