“RANK PROMOTION COME WITH HIGHER RESPONSIBILITIES” – LAKMNS CEO

2nd February 2022 – The Chief Executive Officer of Sarawak State Mosque Charitable Trust Board (LAKMNS) reminded the members of the LAKMNS Auxiliary Police that the promotions of their ranking come with greater responsibility.

 

 

 

According to him, the duty was in accordance with Police Act 1967 which outlines the responsibilities, which included Auxiliary Police, among them was to look after security and crime prevention.

He stated that when officiating the LAKMNS Auxiliary Police Rank Conferment Ceremony today in Seminar Room, Baitul Makmur II. During the event, 21 members of the LAKMNS Auxiliary Police received their promoted rank.

The inaugural ceremony, according to Datuk Abang Abdul Wahap, was meant to honor the LAKMNS Auxiliary Police personnel who had rendered outstanding service. It also served as inspiration for others to succeed in carrying out their duties.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer Encik Mohamad Feisal bin Said, LAKMNS Chief Officers, and Divisional Heads were among those present.
