CEO MESSAGE

Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh dan Salam Sejahtera.

All praise and gratitude be to Allah SWT. With His infinite mercy and will, we are blessed to welcome the month of September 2025 in good health and peace. Salutations and blessings be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW, his family, and his noble companions.

In conjunction with this meaningful month, on behalf of the workforce of the Sarawak State Mosque Welfare Trust Board (LAKMNS), I would like to wish a blessed Maulidur Rasul to all Muslims. Let us emulate the noble character of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and appreciate His struggles in our daily lives.

In addition, I would also like to extend Happy Malaysia Day greetings to all Malaysians. Malaysia Day is a historic moment that unites people of various races and religions under one roof of an independent and sovereign nation. May the spirit of unity and mutual understanding continue to thrive in our society.

For everyone’s information, several programmes organised by LAKMNS will take place throughout the month of September. Among them are the State-Level Maulidur Rasul Celebration at Masjid Jamek Negeri Sarawak on 4th September 2025, Masjid Jamek Berselawat and a Special Lecture on 9th September 2025, along with several other ceramah. In shaa Allah, the details will be shared on LAKMNS’s official Facebook page soon. Therefore, I warmly welcome the presence and participation of the public to enliven and further glorify these planned events.

In conclusion, may all our efforts be blessed and accepted by Allah SWT and bring benefit to the ummah as a whole.
