Assalamualaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh and Salam Sejahtera.

Praise be to Allah SWT, Lord of all the worlds. May blessings and peace be upon our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW, his family, and his companions.

I would like to extend my warmest wishes of “Selamat Hari Gawai, Gayu Guru Gerai Nyamai” to all those celebrating this meaningful occasion. May this celebration bring prosperity, happiness, and abundance to everyone observing it.

On behalf of the Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Masjid Jamek Negeri Sarawak (LAKMNS), I would also like to convey our highest respects and heartfelt congratulations to His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the occasion of His Majesty’s Official Birthday, celebrated on 1 June 2026. May His Majesty continue to reign with sovereignty and dignity, be blessed with good health and well-being, and continue to guide and protect the people and the nation with wisdom and justice.

As announced on 19 May, LAKMNS will be organising the Maal Hijrah Festival 1448H/2026M from 12 to 21 June 2026. In this regard, LAKMNS would like to invite the public to join us in making this festival a success. The festival will be held at the Taman Sukma Multipurpose Hall.
