The Tahfiz Tun Abdul Rahman Ya'kub Kindergarten (TATTARY) Staff Empowerment Program was held at the Raia Hotel & Convention Center Kuching from August 20 to 21. This programme attended by 31 participants mainly staff from the Education Division of Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Masjid Negeri Sarawak (LAKMNS.

The main goal of this programme is to identify standard instruments that can be used to track children's developmental levels according to age. Furthermore, this programme aims to improve teachers' knowledge and understanding of how to create fun learning environments more effectively and practically.

This program's content includes, among other things, the planning of educational interventions based on the needs of children, as well as the addition of knowledge and skills in improving pre-literacy skills from the perspective of occupational therapists and speech-language therapists. Furthermore, it serves as a platform for encouraging cooperation and increasing self-motivation ("Mind Setting Towards Change").

This programme was managed by several facilitators, including Mrs Siti Noor Izwani Binti Bahaudin, Assistant Director (Speech Therapy), Special Education Sector, Perlis State Education Department, Miss Nurul Atiqah Binti Johari, and Mastery Prolink Sdn Bhd's Motivational Speaker, Major Mohamad Anuar bin Harun.
