The Excellent Customer Service Management Techniques Course was attended by 40 police officers from the Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Masjid Negeri Sarawak (LAKMNS) in the Lecture Room of the Kuching City Mosque. The course was held on August 20 and 21, 2022.

 

 

The organization of this course is based on several objectives. Among them is to train and empower the security team on the importance of customer service including effective techniques to handle customers. In addition to improving the service of the security department and giving the best image for LAKMNS.

Participants were also educated and trained on the importance of providing excellent customer service. Participants were also taught how to improve the communication process, overcome communication barriers, and improve the quality of information received.

This course was conducted by Tuan Haji Azmi bin Haji A. Bakar from Comfori Sdn. Bhd.
