Chief Executive Officer of the Sarawak State Mosque Welfare Trust Board (LAKMNS) YBhg. Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap bin Haji Abang Julai called on LAKMNS staff to build a dynamic workforce that has dynamic features, apart from having the advantage of performing various tasks (multi-tasking).
He highlighted this in his speeches at the LAKMNS 4.0 Staff Induction Course Postponement Ceremony at Raia Hotel & Convention Center, Kuching. The course lasted for two days starting 15 February 2022, attended by 36 new LAKMNS staff from various positions and divisions. This program introduces the departments and divisions that make up the LAKMNS organization. In addition, the participants also did group activities as an objective to create the value of cooperation among the participants.
In his speech as well, YBhg. Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap also reminded LAKMNS staff to seize the time to make better changes to enhance LAKMNS 'corporate image in line with the vision towards a world-class Islamic trust body. Other than that, LAKMNS staff also need to increase the value of integrity. In the meantime, improve the elements of attitude, skill and knowledge (attitude, skill and, knowledge - ASK) with the hope that it will produce quality work.
Also present at the adjournment ceremony were Deputy Chief Executive Officer Encik Mohamad Feisal bin Said and LAKMNS Chief Officers.
