The two-day program starting January 17 was held at Damai Beach Resort, Kuching. It was also attended by the Deputy Chief Executive Officer Encik Mohamad Feisal bin Said, Chief Officers and Heads of LAKMNS Divisions.

Datuk Abang Abdul Wahap also reminded the participants to work in a team and play their respective roles even in the smallest of roles, as a condition to produce something positive and benefit the community.

This program is a platform for the top management of LAKMNS to share the plans of each department and division as well as a platform for brainstorming on programs and activities to be implemented for 2022. Apart from the partnership from each department, participants also participated in several group activities.

At the end of the program, Mr Mohamad Feisal bin Said also presented the winding up of the inputs that have been raised by each department and division throughout the program.
