The Integrity Pledge ceremony between Lembaga Amanah Kebajikan Masjid Negeri Sarawak (LAKMNS) and Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (Sarawak branch) (MACC) has been held on 14th January, 2020 (Tuesday) on the 8th Floor, Baitul Makmur, Medan Raya, Petrajaya 93050, Kuching.
The event was attended by LAKMNS Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Haji Abang Abdul Wahap bin Haji Abang July, Sarawak MACC Deputy Director of Operations, Mohd Anuar bin Ismail, as well as staff of LAKMNS and the officials from MACC.
The Oath Taking Ceremony is a platform by LAKMNS employees to show the support and pro-active steps by the employees on corruption prevention efforts by the Malaysian Government as well as adherence to the principles of integrity, transparency and good governance.
Through this event, its emphasized great importance of LAKMNS employees itself in combating corruption in providing services offered to Islamic Community and to be an example to other Islamic agencies.
